Tony Hicks

MS, ATP, CFII, MEI, CPT

With many years of excellence to his credit as a pilot, Mr. Hicks has found success as a jet instructor pilot and check airman with Cirrus Aircraft. Among his responsibilities, he trains clients on how to properly and safely utilize their equipment. Additionally, he is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

Before starting his private career, Mr. Hicks served honorably in the United States Navy for eight years. Following the conclusion of his duties, he worked as a flight instructor for various companies and flew as an airline pilot, after which he became an adjunct professor of meteorology for Christian Brothers University in Memphis. Mr. Hicks subsequently maintained involvement as an adjunct professor of geology for Central Texas College.

Well-qualified in his field, he is a certified personal trainer, flight instructor, multi-engine instructor and airline transport pilot.

Ben Schneider

With a career spanning over four decades, Ben Schneider brings a wealth of experience in

aviation, from military service to commercial flying and aviation management.

Ben's aviation journey began with 12 years of distinguished service as an aviator and instructor

in the United States Navy, where he honed his skills in a variety of aircraft. After completing his

military service, he continued his career in the skies as a Captain in the Israeli Air Force (IDF),

further broadening his expertise in international aviation operations.

Following his time in the military, Ben served as an airline pilot for 35 years, spending 29 of

those years as a Captain flying the DC-10 and MD-11. His vast commercial flying experience has

provided him with a deep understanding of complex flight operations and leadership in aviation.

Since retiring from his airline career in 2022, Ben has continued to share his expertise as a Part

135 SF-50 charter pilot and Chief Pilot. In addition to his flight experience, Ben is qualified in

Aircraft Maintenance, holding an Associate Degree in Aircraft Power Plant and a B.A. in

Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University.

Ben’s unique combination of military and commercial flight experience, along with his technical

background, makes him a trusted leader in the aviation industry.

Don Medine

Don is married and resides in the Nashville area. Don has been deeply involved in aviation for over thirty years, culminating in his current roles as commercial pilot, aviation consultant, and SF50 mentor pilot. He takes great pride in meticulously and professionally serving my clients throughout the country with a focus on safety, efficiency, and personalized service. His dedication to aviation extends to my service with the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary – Civil Air Patrol since 2014, where he contributes as a mission pilot. Furthermore, Don has accumulated over 1200 hours of flight time in the SF50 Vision Jet, gaining extensive experience flying across the country and in various weather conditions as both a contract pilot and mentor.


Beyond aviation, Don’s professional journey includes significant accomplishments in law enforcement and Special Operations. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding a company in the mid-90s that revolutionized tactical communication for military and law enforcement. He designed and innovated a range of tactical communication products focused on enhanced situational awareness, tactical capabilities, and hearing protection. This innovation expanded the company’s reach to over sixty countries.


Don’s background demonstrates a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and business acumen. He has consistently been described by supervisors, colleagues, clients, and former staff as conscientious, meticulous, analytical, and collaborative. He places the utmost importance on professionalism, competency, proficiency, safety, discretion, loyalty, and commitment when serving clients. Don is passionate about helping businesses thrive, and continues to consult with startup companies, distressed businesses, and organizations seeking external expertise outside of aviation.”
